Mercure Bergamo Centro Palazzo Dolci Hotel

During my recent stay at Mercure, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, with the train station just a 3-minute walk away, as well as convenient bus stops, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. It was easy to catch a bus to explore Bergamo Alta, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it had everything that I needed - from its convenient location near the train station, to the room amenities such as the electric kettle and the soundproof rooms. The staff were some of the most attentive that I have ever encountered, always ready to help me with any question or concern that I had. I also appreciated the selection of food options available - from the snack bar to the dining restaurant, there was something for everyone's taste buds. The leisure facilities such as the full body massage were also a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The hotel is really close to the main railway station and the bus station, making it easy to explore the city and travel to the airport. It is also conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and the funicular to the older upper district. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. We couldn't fault anything about our stay - nothing it is perfect.
